Tämä sivusto vastaa yhteen kysymykseen kerrallaan: ovatko tietyltä nettikasinolta saadut voitot suomalaiselle pelaajalle verovapaita, ja mihin vastaus perustuu. Emme arvioi kasinoiden pelivalikoimaa, bonuksia tai asiakaspalvelua, emmekä anna niille pisteitä.
Mitä teemme
Jokainen kasinoarvio rakentuu samoista vaiheista. Selvitämme ensin, mikä yhtiö toimii pelaajan sopimusosapuolena juuri sillä verkkotunnuksella, josta on kyse. Sen jälkeen tarkistamme yhtiön lisenssin viranomaisen omasta rekisteristä ja katsomme, kattaako lisenssi kyseisen sivuston. Lopuksi sovellamme näihin tietoihin tuloverolain 85 §:ää ja Verohallinnon julkaistua kannanottoa.
Jokaisessa arviossa näkyy päivä, jona tiedot on tarkistettu. Arvio kertoo tilanteen sinä päivänä, eikä se ole lupaus tulevasta. Kun operaattori, lisenssi tai verkkotunnus muuttuu, arvio on tehtävä uudelleen.
Kerromme myös sen, mitä emme ole selvittäneet. Jos jokin ketjun kohta jää auki, vastaus on “ei vahvistettu” eikä arvaus. Tarkemmin menetelmä on kuvattu sivulla Arviointiperusteet.
Mitä emme tee
Emme anna veroneuvontaa. Jos haluat tietää, miten juuri sinun voittojasi käsitellään, kysy sitä Verohallinnolta omilla tiedoillasi.
Emme testaa kasinoita emmekä pelaa niillä. Verokohtelun arvioissa emme anna kasinoille pisteitä. Erillisen kaupallisen valikoiman arvosanat ja korttitiedot ovat Sisarkasinooppaasta, eivät tämän sivuston tekemiä testejä.

Uutuus on oma kysymyksensä
Sivuston nimi lupaa uusimpia verovapaita kasinoita, joten uutuus on todennettava erikseen. Kasino pääsee uusimpien listalle vasta, kun sen avaamisesta on näyttöä ja verokohtelun perusteet on tarkistettu. Lisenssin myöntämispäivä ei kerro avausaikaa, eikä kasino ole uusi siksi, että se on uusi meille.
Jos avausajasta on vain vuositason tieto, kerromme sen vuositasolla emmekä keksi kuukautta tai järjestystä.
Kaupallisuus
Artikkeleissa näkyvä kasinovalikoima on sivuston oma kaupallinen valinta. Se on kaikissa artikkeleissa sama, eikä artikkelin aihe vaikuta siihen. Valikoimaan kuuluminen ei ole arvio verovapaudesta eikä tulos mistään tarkistuksesta, ja tutkimustyö pidetään siitä erillään.

This site answers one question at a time: are winnings from a particular online casino tax-free for a Finnish player, and what supports that answer? We do not assess casinos’ games, bonuses or customer service, or give them scores.
What we do
Every casino assessment follows the same steps. First, we establish which company is the player’s contracting party on the domain in question. Then we check the company’s licence in the regulator’s own register and whether it covers that website. Finally, we apply section 85 of the Income Tax Act and the Tax Administration’s published position to those facts.
Every assessment shows the date on which the information was checked. It describes the situation on that date and is not a promise about the future. If the operator, licence or domain changes, the assessment must be repeated.
We also say what we have not established. If a link in the chain remains unresolved, the answer is “unconfirmed”, not a guess. The method is explained in more detail on the Assessment criteria page.
What we do not do
We do not give tax advice. If you want to know how your own winnings are treated, ask the Finnish Tax Administration using your own details.
We do not test casinos or play at them. Our tax assessments do not score casinos. Ratings and card details in the separate commercial selection come from Sisarkasinoopas, not tests performed by this site.
We do not tell you whether to gamble. Gambling is for people aged 18 and over and carries a risk of addiction. Help information is on the Responsible gambling page.
Newness is a separate question
The site’s name promises the newest tax-free casinos, so newness must be established separately. A casino enters the newest list only when there is evidence of its opening and the basis for its tax treatment has been checked. A licence’s issue date does not establish an opening date, and a casino is not new simply because it is new to us.
If opening information is available only at year level, we state the year rather than inventing a month or an order.
Commercial interests
The casino selection in articles is this site’s own commercial choice. It is the same across articles, regardless of the article’s subject. Inclusion is neither a tax-exemption assessment nor the outcome of a check, and the research is kept separate from it.
Sources and corrections
Each claim’s source is identified in the article. Sources are primarily regulatory registers, legal texts, government proposals, Tax Administration guidance and casinos’ own publications. We always distinguish between official information and a company’s own statement.
We correct identified errors and record the correction date.
